This was my first attempt at booking a trip on line so I was filled with skepticism. Now after the trip, I can't say enough GOOD about the service of L&A Safaris & Travel. We visited Kruger National Park, then drove up thru Botswana and Zimbabwe to Victoria falls, back thru Botswana visiting friends and former co-workers and arrived back in South Africa. Then we flew to Cape Town for a five day visit where L&A rented another car for us. Upon arrival we had a slight problem with Avis car rental but this was quickly resolved with a few phone calls by Mr Marks. All hotels, restaurants and driving directions were exactly as we had hoped for. After returning home we received a refund for returning the rental car early. L&A has given us the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I would use this service again for another trip!
